Board Secretariat & Governance Officer – NHS

Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a Corporate Governance Officer to join the Board Secretariat. The post will support governance across Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, with base across site between Queen Alexandra Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital.

The role involves coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, producing minutes, tracking actions, and supporting statutory governance processes.
