Head of Heat Pump R&D & Hardware

Octopus Centre for Heating Technology, a hardware division of the Octopus Energy Group, seeks a senior engineering leader to drive heat pump hardware development. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, own the technical roadmap, and ensure platform, firmware, and design teams align with product strategy.

Responsibilities include overseeing design, testing, and compliance, while managing lab and field programs and supplier relations.
