Continuous Improvement Lead – Transport & Logistics

Stobart, part of the Culina Group, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead transformation across transport, fleet and warehousing interfaces. You will champion CIP initiatives, drive cost optimisation and enhance customer satisfaction, while coaching teams in Lean tools and problem-solving.

The role supports delivering strategic transport projects with measurable business benefits across Wakefield or Appleton (Warrington) locations, working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
