Strategic Contracts & Commissioning Lead – Leisure & Public Realm

Oxford City Council is seeking a Contracts and Commissioning Manager to lead the strategic management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key contracts across leisure, sport, public realm and community wellbeing.

This includes the leisure management contract, outsourced tennis contract, and Oxford Direct Services street scene and facilities services, with hybrid working between the Town Hall and home.
