Hotel Indigo Coventry in the heart of the city centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the department, delivering high-quality experiences to all guests. You will guide the F&B team and drive excellent service with autonomy over your area.

This role requires experience in hospitality, a passion for guest service and the ability to recruit, engage, train and develop your team. Weekend and late shifts are common in this busy, 24/7 operation.
