Evening Hospitality Team Lead – Guest Experience & Ops

Buckfast Abbey is seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to oversee accommodation and restaurant operations based mainly at Northgate House Hotel and San Benedetto’s Restaurant. You will work predominantly evening shifts, leading teams, supporting management and delivering memorable guest experiences across Buckfast venues.

The role requires supervisory hospitality experience, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to health and safety.
