Senior Export Clerk

Experienced airfreight export professional needed for this small Ashford based Freight Forwarder, small friendly, well established Company.

Duties for the Export Clerk

• Dealing with all aspects of air exports
• Dealing with general and DG shipments (prepared to do a DG Course/refresher)
• Quotes
• Customs
• Liaising with customers, airlines and transport suppliers
• Also handling small parcels and working with the courier division
• Varied busy position with good future prospects

Skills and Experience Required for the Senior Export Clerk

• Experience of airfreight exports is essential
• Dangerous Good experience preferred (training or refresher provided)
• Customs experience
• Quotes experience
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Employment Terms

• £35-38k (DOE & Neg) plus overtime OR option to bank additional holiday
• Mon-Friday 9-5.30
• Office Based 5 days a week
• 20 days hols plus BH
• Opportunity to earn overtime or bank additional holiday
