Head of Transaction Execution: Real Estate Finance

Homes England is seeking a Head of Transaction Execution within the Investments Directorate to lead complex real estate lending deals from term sheet through to completion, shaping the Loans team and delivering high-impact development finance projects.

You will work with borrowers, lender counterparties, advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, consistent execution, drive governance, and build a capable, autonomous TE team in a fast-growing national housing organisation.
