Taylor Wimpey is recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to lead pre-planning and on-site execution of residential builds in the UK. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget and to high quality standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage the build programme, coordinate resources, monitor progress and produce weekly reports to support decision-making. A strong focus on health & safety and cost control is essential.
