Early Careers & Apprenticeships Lead

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programme Partner (PO7) to drive apprenticeships and early careers across the council and partner schools. You will lead work experience and internship programmes, analyse skills gaps, and partner with HR to shape talent and succession strategies.

You will also manage the Apprenticeship Levy, coordinate training providers, and lead a small team of Early Careers Advisors to deliver updates and insights on career pathways.
