Head of Family Law – Flexible Yorkshire Leadership, Remote

QED Legal seeks an experienced Family Fee Earner/Head of Department to lead a private family team while maintaining a strong caseload and driving billing and service standards. The role includes mentoring, strategy, and cross-site supervision.

You will report to the Senior Leadership Team and shape departmental objectives, KPIs and business development while ensuring excellent client care and compliance across offices in North/West Yorkshire.
