Design & Development Director: NPD Pipeline Leader

Monica Vinader is seeking a Design & Development Director on a 15-month fixed-term contract to lead the Design & Development function, driving the creative pipeline from brief through to development sign-off and delivering on-time, impactful product stories.

You will shape the seasonal direction, ensure the MV design language is upheld, and lead three team members across design and product development, with a hybrid schedule between Holkham/Norfolk and London offices.
