Independent Pub Manager — Lead a Community Hospitality Hub

Chestnut Horse – Easton in a village setting outside Winchester is seeking a real ‘people person’ to lead our busy pub team. You will be a hands-on leader, developing a team of great people around you, and ensuring guests leave with happy memories and big smiles.

We are an independent hospitality-focused pub offering 28 days holiday and a five-day work week with two consecutive days off. This is a full-time role committed to delivering a warm home-from-home experience for local guests.
