Head of Integrated Therapy – SALT & OT (Special School)

Stony Dean School is seeking a Head of Therapy to unite SALT, OT and therapy staff, driving an integrated model that supports pupils to achieve independence and effective communication.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee EHCP provisions, and work with senior leaders to embed therapeutic practice within the curriculum. Permanent, 32.5 hours/week, term-time plus inset days, with Bucks pay scale and strong CPD support.
