Facilities & Maintenance Lead – Care Home

Barchester care home is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean, well‑maintained environment for residents and staff. You will manage diverse tasks in the building and grounds, lead a small team, and collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting and planning.

You should bring hands‑on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and be reliable and flexible in hours. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are required.
