Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing excellent client care and communication throughout the process

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Good IT and organisational abilities
• Established and consistent caseload
• Dedicated support staff
• Modern office environment
• On-site parking and excellent transport links
