New Business Consultant – PPM Contracts (B2B Sales)

Sanderson Facilities LTD is recruiting a New Business Consultant to drive growth of our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts from the Poulton-le-Fylde office.

This outbound B2B role targets business owners and facilities managers, qualifying opportunities and closing deals on Silver/Gold/Platinum packages with monthly payments.

You will receive a £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+ and 33 days holiday.
