Family Liaison Advocate for Children & Courts

Cafcass is recruiting 2 Family Liaison Workers (1 x full time 37 hours and 1 x 0.5 FTE). The role is a fixed term contract to the end of March 2027 and involves travelling to our Birmingham office at least weekly.

The Family Liaison Worker will collaborate with Family Court Advisers, Service Managers and partners to reduce delay for families, review Intake applications, and support safeguarding checks and assessments. Training opportunities may be offered as part of future planning.
