Learning & Development Administrator — Drive People Growth

Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to provide administrative support across the organisation, manage learning inquiries, arrange training and keep accurate training and competency records.

You will update learning systems, monitor training deadlines and assist with induction activities while helping deliver initiatives that improve the learning experience for our people.
