HSE Advisor: Safety & Compliance Leader

Bilfinger UK is seeking an HSE Advisor to promote safe working practices across sites, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements within our industrial portfolio, and to support continual safety improvement.

You will monitor site performance through inspections and audits, deliver regular HSE KPI reports, identify training needs, lead incident investigations, and provide proactive guidance to ensure risk controls are understood and applied by site teams.
