Role:
Joining a highly regarded and well-resourced patent litigation team across a wide range of matters including:
- Infringement
- Validity
- Ownership
- Rights
- Supplementary Protection Certificates
- Pre-action patent infringement
- English patent courts and unified patent court
- Cross border matters
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- 2-4 PQE, England & Wales
- Patent litigation experience gained within a UK law firm
