We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Duct Mate to join a site team in Burnham-on-Crouch, with an immediate start available. This is a short-term opportunity expected to last for a few weeks, with consistent work available Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be working on galvanized ductwork, supporting the installation and general site activities as required.

Duties & Scope of Work

• Assisting with the installation of galvanized ductwork.
• Supporting duct installers and other members of the site team.
• Handling and positioning ductwork and associated materials.
• Following site instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Carrying out general duties associated with ductwork installation.

Requirements

• Green CSCS Card – essential.
• Previous experience working as a Duct Mate or within ductwork installation.
• Full PPE – essential.
• A valid company reference.
• Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Available to start ASAP.

Pay & Working Pattern

• £17.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday: 07:30-16:00
• 30-minute lunch break
• 8 hours paid work per day
