Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is sourcing an experienced Nurse/AHP/Social Worker for a Band 5 role in Guernsey’s Therapy & Enabling team. You will oversee care for adults with learning disabilities in their own homes and in the community, reporting to a Band 6 Deputy Manager.
The post offers a competitive salary (£40,178–£51,819) with an annual £1,747 bonus, enhanced unsocial hours, relocation support (£5,000) and on-site accommodation or housing allowance.
