Lead Design Manager – Complex Listed Refurbishment

TRIbuild Solutions Limited is recruiting a Senior Design Manager for a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London. You will lead the design process across architectural, structural and building-services information, ensuring coordination with the construction programme.

You will manage consultants, specialist subcontractors and internal stakeholders, identify design risks and drive solutions to keep the project on track. Salary £80k-£95k depending on experience.
