Senior Design Manager, High-Spec Fit-Out

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Design Manager for fast-paced fit-out projects in London. You will lead design management from tender to handover, coordinating interiors, MEP, joinery, ceilings and finishes while protecting the design vision and ensuring buildability and programme adherence.

You will collaborate with clients, architects and consultants, chair design workshops, and drive early coordination to close information gaps.
