Leveraged Finance Associate (1-5PQE)
We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team in their London office. The position is for a 1-5 year PQE Associate.
You will work on a range of mandates for both creditors and debtors funding acquisitions, spanning private credit and syndicated markets. The team handles leveraged financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings and emerging markets loans, acting for large corporates, sovereign borrowers and a growing roster of private equity sponsors across the US and Europe.
You will receive industry-leading training and close partner contact within a partner-led practice recognised for handling bespoke, multi-level debt structures. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.
Requirements
- You will have 1-5 years post-qualified experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or a broad banking and finance practice
- You will have gained this experience from a reputable City or US law firm
- You will be England & Wales qualified with UK experience (also open to Aus/NZ qualified lawyers)
