Leveraged Finance Associate (1-5 PQE) – Global Deals

Vasto Legal Recruitment is partnering with a US law firm to hire a Leveraged Finance Associate (1-5 PQE) for its London office. The role covers mandates for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions, across private credit and syndicated markets.

You will work on leveraged financings, investment-grade facilities, restructurings and emerging markets loans for large corporates, sovereign borrowers and PE sponsors across the US and Europe.
