Residential Surveyor/ or Graduate
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our established residential team in Inverness on a full-time basis as a Residential Survey or/ Graduate covering the Highlands and Islands and Moray.
Applicants should be
- Experienced in Home Reports, valuation reports and other residentially-focused products.
- Have a keen interest in property.
- Have a property background education.
- Able to demonstrate practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven, motivated and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work within a team.
Experience
- Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship skills.
- Knowledge of residential property market in Inverness would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while meeting deadlines.
- RICS membership or relevant professional qualification is a plus for qualified surveyors.
