Customer Support Engineer – AI Healthcare, On-Site (London)

BookedSolid, based in the London area, is seeking a Graduate Customer Support Engineer to join as a full-time, on-site team member.

You will respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support for the AI phone receptionist, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through product features.
