Senior Payroll Leader: UK Compliance & Systems

Harrods is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead operational delivery of payroll across the Group, ensuring colleagues are paid accurately, compliantly and on time.

You will own payroll schedules, controls, reporting and governance, manage a payroll team, and collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers to optimise processes and data integrity. Experience with Workday or ResourceLink and a CIPP qualification is advantageous; knowledge of UK payroll legislation is essential.
