Senior CRO & Landing Page Growth Lead

PetLab Co. is seeking a hands-on CRO/landing page expert to own CVR and AOV across product and offer pages. You will lead end-to-end landing page builds, run a rapid testing program, and work closely with paid social to align pages with ads. AI-driven insights will accelerate experimentation and copy direction.

You will report to the founder, move quickly, and push optimization at scale in a high-velocity DTC environment.
