Job Description:
Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Services Manager to deliver a responsive housing management service across a defined patch. You will support vulnerable customers, resolve tenancy issues, and promote independence while staying visible in the community.
You will handle tenancy queries, manage rent accounts, market vacant homes, and liaise with partner agencies to improve outcomes for customers. A full UK driving licence and field-based work are required.
