Job Title: Corporate Senior Associate ( Oil & Gas)- Global City law firm
Salary: £120,000-£135,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role: Corporate Senior Associate to focus on buy and sell side M&A and other corporate transactions specifically within the Oil & Gas space.

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- 4+ UK law experience specialising in corporate oil & gas transactions within a MC/US/Top 20 firm ( traditionally they have had success in recruiting lawyers from larger firms looking for quicker progression and a healthier work/life balance)
