Sheltered Housing Wellbeing & Support Officer

Birmingham City Council is recruiting a Sheltered Housing Support Officer to assist residents in sheltered housing across the city. You will provide practical housing-related support, build relationships and coordinate services to enable independent living.

The role requires traveling across the city; a full driving licence and access to your own car are needed with mileage expenses paid. You will work with colleagues, families and partner agencies to ensure residents receive timely help.
