Frontline L&D Trainer — Facilities Management (London/South)

ISS Government Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to support our London and South teams. You will coordinate and deliver training programmes for frontline staff, maintain learning records, monitor compliance, and support the MyLearning system.

You will lead Welcome Day inductions, Placemakers workshops, PSO training, supervisor development, and job-specific sessions while working with operational and HR teams to align learning with business needs.
