Deputy Patient Safety Manager – Strategy & Learning

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Deputy Patient Safety Manager to support the Clinical Governance Team in setting the strategic direction for patient safety. You will deputise for the Patient Safety Manager, oversee incident management and PSIRF, and manage duties of candour and inquests.

You will analyse safety data, prepare high-standard reports for the Board and Senior Executive Team, and support trust-wide safety learning events and cross-disciplinary activities.
