Associate Employment Solicitor — Hybrid, Growth & Impact

Stone King LLP is seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor to join our Employment Team, with hybrid working across offices including Birmingham. You will manage an own caseload and provide employment advice to clients and colleagues.

You will draft and review policies, contracts and handbooks; advise on disciplinary, TUPE and discrimination issues; and assist with settlements, tribunals and client negotiations. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
