Job Description:
Moove AV is seeking an analytical Real Estate Transactions Manager to drive site opportunities from initial interest to signed leases or purchases. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to produce clear deal summaries for the Investment Committee and to maximize pipeline velocity while reducing risk.
You will act as the central node across internal teams, overseeing LOIs, due diligence, and closing checklists, with a strong emphasis on UK planning policy and consents.
