Role : Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst

- Min 8+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services with deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business
- Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization
- Experience in the Veeva Commercial product such as Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and Medcoms as Business Analyst
- Experience in working with Medical Legal Regulatory process
- The Commercial Pharma Business Analyst will be responsible for soliciting and documenting requirements
- Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to develop business processes and implement related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities
- Document Business and Functional Requirements
- Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM & Vault and related technologies
- Developing system/user testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements
- Assist with updates of user training documentation – Quick Reference Guides; User Guides.
