Building Compliance Surveyor – Fire & Safety Lead (Hybrid)

Principal People are partnering with a Housing Association to recruit a Building Compliance Surveyor. You will join a growing team and manage building safety across a diverse housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well maintained.

You will lead fire, building and water safety activities, manage contractors and support HRBs, contributing to continuous improvement while operating in a hybrid role across Surrey and surrounding areas.
