User Researcher – Make Public Services Better (Hybrid)

DWP Digital, a major UK government digital team, is seeking a User Researcher to plan, design and deliver research that improves services used by millions of people. You will work closely with designers, product managers, developers and other specialists to understand problems, test ideas and evaluate services.

You will analyse findings and communicate insights to inform decisions, helping teams build a shared understanding of user needs.
