Senior IT Recruiter – Remote/Hybrid, Uncapped Commission

Gold Group in East Grinstead is looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role offers a base salary of £35k-£40k plus car allowance, uncapped commission and bonuses, with a flexible hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and opportunities for trips.

You will be supported by a delivery and sales team to provide excellent service to clients and candidates, with training and career development on offer.
