Executive Director, Luxury Hospitality & Pre-Opening

Soho House is seeking a Director for Soho River House, overseeing the pre-opening and launch. You will shape the vision, recruit and develop a high-calibre leadership team, and drive a seamless guest journey across dining, bedrooms, wellness and events.

In this hands-on, high-profile role, you will manage budgets, lead P&L performance, and collaborate with global teams to deliver outstanding hospitality while upholding Soho House standards and values in a Windsor setting.
