Proactive Housing Officer — Resident Support & Safety

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Housing Officer to work across patches in Hillingdon and Hounslow, ensuring residents feel safe and supported in their homes. You will be the main contact on your patch, coordinating with building managers and specialist teams to resolve communal and estate-wide issues.

You will plan your week with site inspections and contractor meetings, while addressing urgent repairs and safeguarding vulnerable residents.
