You will be building and owning the systems that drive a real trading operation. You work closely with the people placing the trades, which means you understand the impact of what you build in real time. When something needs to change, you change it. When you spot a better way, you pursue it. That level of autonomy is rare, and this place takes it seriously.
The technology is genuinely interesting. You are working across C# and Python, and you are pushing into AI in a meaningful way, not as a box-ticking exercise but as a core part of where the platform is heading. You will have a say in how that evolves.
From an experience perspective, you will bring strong C# and Python skills and likely have strong business knowledge, ideally within equities. You have also done enough with AI to hit the ground running and grow from there. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including the fund owner directly, and you thrive when given responsibility rather than a rigid brief.
