Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Leeds is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to lead paediatric liver and renal care within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on ward-based clinical pharmacy services and development of immunosuppression homecare for paediatric transplant patients.
