Senior Performance Marketing Manager — Healthcare Growth

MSK Clinics Group is looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Lead to own paid media across Google Ads, Meta and GA4. You will audit, optimize and scale campaigns for eight clinics, delivering CPA reductions and ROAS growth in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will collaborate with agencies, HubSpot, and in-house teams to shape account structures, bidding models and landing pages, stay current with platform updates, and report weekly to leadership in a data-driven, multi-brand setting.
