Welcome Team Manager – Hospitality, Service & Growth

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Welcome Team Manager to lead the Reception, Café and Retail operations across our centres. You will manage a multi‑skilled Welcome Team, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and driving high standards of service and commercial results.

The role covers 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota, with responsibility for staff development, onboarding, and delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving income and profitability targets.
