My client is a global buisness seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join the In-house legal team for a 12-month contract.

Reporting into the Head of Legal this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven lawyer to play a key role in supporting the business across a range of commercial contracts, procurement, litigation, data protection, IP, regulatory matters, and strategic projects.

The role:

• Take ownership and work autonomously on international commercial projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advising senior stakeholders across the business on legal and commercial matters.
• Supporting strategic procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Managing complex legal matters, including litigation, compliance, data protection, and regulatory issues.
• Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
