We are working with a top-tier international UK law firm based in Manchester for an Associate to join their Real Estate Finance team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate Finance team, advising major UK and international banks, alternative lenders, institutional borrowers, private equity houses, funds and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The team has particular expertise in development finance and acts on significant bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions.
The role will involve advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements, security documentation and wider transaction documents.
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ years’ PQE;
- Real estate finance law background;
- Strong academic background;
- Strong drafting abilities;
- Technically excellent;
- Team player;
- Organisation skills;
- Strong commercial awareness.
